Who we are

Notekura is a trade name of Solid Software LLC, a Virginia (USA) limited liability company. Solid Software LLC is responsible for your data (the data controller). Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the waitlist or type it in a form.
• Your answers to our questions, if you answer them, and a random code that your browser keeps, so that we can connect your answers.
• The price that the page showed you, and the source of your visit (for example, an ad campaign name).
• The audit tool reads your export files only on your device. It never sends your notes, titles, text or files. It sends your answers to the 4 questions. If you agree, it also sends counts from your library (for example, the number of notes).
• We count page views by price. We count each visitor once, with a random number that your browser deletes when you close the tab. We do not use cookies for this.
• If you pre-order, our payment provider Stripe receives your payment details. We receive your name, email and the payment result. We do not see your full card number.

Why

To run this demand test, to learn from your answers, and to email you about pre-orders and the launch. The legal basis is your consent, and for pre-orders, our contract with you. You can remove your consent at any time.

Who can see it

Only the Solid Software LLC team. We store the data with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our payment provider (Stripe), if you pay. We do not sell your data. We do not give it to advertisers.

How long

We delete waitlist and survey data 12 months after the test ends, or sooner if you ask. We keep payment records as long as the law requires. To see, change or delete your data, email us.
